Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to begin, or simply need a trusted partner to guide your next move — we’re here to help.

At Senior Advocate Services, every conversation begins with listening. Tell us what’s happening in your family. We’ll ask a few thoughtful questions, share how we work, and help you determine whether our services are the right fit.

We work with a limited number of clients to ensure a high level of personal attention, so availability is limited. But it always starts with a conversation.

Sara Lynn Leavenworth, MSW, CDP

Chief Operating Officer

Sara Lynn became personally knowledgeable of the challenges our elderly population and their families face when her father had a stroke in 2018. She and her sister were faced with the stress and uncertainty of how to navigate hospitals, insurance, and later Hospice. Soon thereafter, she needed assistance finding an assisted living/memory care community for her mother to live. She came to understand how invaluable an advocate could be and is now passionate about providing these services to others.

Sara Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Connecticut. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and sits on various local non-profit boards.
